How long does shipping take?
Orders dispatch from our US warehouse in 2–5 business days and typically arrive within 5–10 business days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What's your return policy?
30 days, free returns. If a piece doesn't fit your space, contact us and we'll arrange a pickup or prepaid label — no restocking fee.
Do I need tools to assemble?
No tools needed. Most pieces attach by hand in under 15 minutes. Detailed instructions are included in every box.
Will it fit through my door?
Every product ships flat-packed in a box under 30 inches wide — fits standard doors (24-inch+) and narrow hallways. Check the product page for exact dimensions.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 US states from our US warehouse — Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes aren't supported yet. International shipping isn't available; sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
